As a Security Officer - Bike Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will help maintain a welcoming environment through high-visibility rounds, access control support, and timely reporting of security-related concerns. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license, where strong communication and customer service help residents and guests feel supported. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or property staff by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential common areas, amenities, garages, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property damage.Monitor access points and visitor activity as assigned, including checking identification and/or permissions when required, directing deliveries and service providers, and maintaining a professional presence.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with property management and/or emergency services as directed.Document patrols, incidents, and maintenance concerns in daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate timely updates to supervisors and/or on-site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Access control and badge experience is preferred.CPR and First Aid is preferred and may be completed post hire.A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.The ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
