Allied Universal® is hiring a Residential Concierge Associate. The Residential Concierge greets residents and visitors and provides a professional and welcoming environment at high profile residential client site.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer service, greet residents and guests to the residential complex in a welcoming and professional manner at all timesDirect food delivery personnel to the residential apartmentAccept packages as needed for residents or directs delivery to the correct apartmentWatch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

High school diploma or Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Certificates of Completion not acceptable)As a condition of employment, applicant must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test and physicalAbility to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervisionExcellent oral and written interpersonal communication skillsProficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applicationsAttention to detailCustomer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Customer service or hospitality experience in a residential community or hotel setting
