As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver Role in Chapel Hill, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine mobile rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will engage with shoppers and staff through strong customer service and clear communication while documenting activity and reporting concerns. Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail or mall location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site leadership and/or emergency services as required by post orders.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.Monitor entrances, tenant areas, and high-traffic zones for unusual activity, assist with crowd management as needed, and help maintain orderly conduct in accordance with site rules.Document patrols, incidents, and observations using written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate relevant updates during shift turnovers.Minimum Requirements:
