As a Security Officer - Patrol in Vernon, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce incidents, and document observations with clear communication. You will support access control, respond to requests, and deliver customer service with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to location personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns through required channels.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the production areas, warehouse spaces, office areas, and perimeter, as permitted by site policy.Monitor access points and interior areas for unusual activity, help to deter unauthorized entry, and/or direct visitors and drivers to proper check-in locations.Complete detailed reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and observations, and communicate updates to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
