As an unarmed driving patrol officer with Allied Universal at a tech and telecommunications location, you will complete routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service. You will support access points, document observations, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and escalate concerns per post orders.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.Monitor access points and visitor activity in a technology and media-focused location, following sign-in and badge procedures as directed by site policy.Operate and observe security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels, and report irregularities to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.Complete detailed shift reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation with accurate times and observations.Provide directions and general assistance to employees, contractors, and visitors while maintaining a professional presence.Communicate with site personnel and/or responding public services as needed during alarms, service requests, and incident response.Support protection of client property and equipment by identifying unsecured doors, propped entrances, and other policy concerns and reporting them promptly.Follow all Allied Universal policies, post orders, and radio and/or phone communication procedures while working independently during assigned hours.

Minimum Requirements:

- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.- Customer service experience is preferred.- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
