Provide customer service to our clients in a healthcare location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff and/or local responders as directed.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, corridors, waiting areas, parking areas and the perimeter, documenting observations and reporting irregular conditions.Control access to restricted areas by checking credentials, monitoring entrances and exits, managing visitor traffic and directing patients and guests to appropriate areas when requested.Complete detailed incident reports and activity logs, monitor alarms and/or surveillance systems when assigned and communicate clearly with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.Minimum Requirements:
