Location: Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living Security Officer Job Fair RSVP TO: amy.bishop@erickson.com Tuesday, 7/8/25 10:00am - 1:00pm Charlestown Retirement Community Wilton Overlook Meeting Hall 709 Maiden Choice Lane Catonsville, MD 21776 Security Services Supervisor – Day Shift (7a-7p) In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring program and procedural compliance, overseeing quality assurance and improvement, conducting investigations, providing training, and offering administrative support. What you will need + Must be at least 21 years old + Minimum of 2 years of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience + Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Emergency Responder role + Current valid driver’s license + Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $25.05- $32.00 Assistant Security Supervisor – Night Shift (7p-7a) In this role, you will enforce regulations, manage incident reports, provide leadership, training, and support to the team to ensure smooth and safe operations. What you will need + Must be at least 18 years old + Minimum of 1 year of experience in public safety supervisory (Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement) or comparable supervisory experience + Current and valid driver’s license + Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $23.00- $25.00 EMR Certified Security Officers – Day Shift (7a-7p) This position promotes the safety, security and well-being of residents, employees, and visitors as a uniformed visible presence in the community. What you will need + Must be at least 18 years old + Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license + Prior experience in Security and/or Emergency Medical Services is preferred + Proactive, vigilant and detail-oriented approaches with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency and effectiveness + Current CPR for Healthcare Providers certification + Current Emergency Medical Responder certification. (Higher level certification/licensure is acceptable as a condition of hire). We provide in-house EMR training with our certified instructors. This 80-hour course certification must be obtained within the first 30 days of hire. + Compensation: commensurate with experience, range $19.00- $21.00. ​ Security Gatehouse Officer – Friday (11p-7a) & Saturday (7p-7a) Security Gatehouse Officer – Saturday (7a-7p) & Sunday (7a-7p) This position promotes the safety and security of the community as a uniformed visible presence at the Gatehouse. What you will need • Must be at least 18 years old • High school diploma or GED preferred •Prior experience as a Security Gatehouse Officer preferred. *Please see individual job postings on our career page for complete job description.
