Your Journey

Conduct interior and exterior patrols throughout Resort, checking for unsecured doors and rooms, trespassers, unauthorized people in restricted areas and safety hazards.Respond to all guest and associate calls while on patrol, making emergencies a top priority.Maintain the security office and fire panel.Responsible for Fleet Tracking, Relay TrackingAct as subject matter expert for the CCTV monitors, Key Watcher Programing, Key programing / issuing / integrationsWill assist in oversight of the changing and programing of locks on all doors including core changes,Act as the Fire Alarm StewartAssist with the training team with new associatesDeliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW momentsPerform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs

Must Haves

First Aid / CPR Certification, preferredCLSO (Certified Lodging Security Officer Certification, preferredHigh school or equivalent education requiredAt least 1 year of experience, or equivalent external experience  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to collaborate in a team environment with excellent communication skillsLuxury hotel experience, a plus

Physical Requirements

Position requires walking and giving direction most of the working day; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in lengthMust be able to exert well-paced ability to reach different outlets and other departments of the hotel on a timely basisMust be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasksMust be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
