Nestled along the stunning shores of Miami Beach, Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort  is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join the team and help maintain the safety and security of our guests, team members, and property. With over 230 rooms and suites, and nearly 6,200 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a secure and welcoming environment while delivering the outstanding service Hilton is known for.

Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year in a security role, customer service experience, and has a passion for hospitality and safety. Spanish proficiency is preferred but not required.

Schedule: 8-Hour shift between 7AM-11:30PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you would be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditionsRespond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or propertyPromote safe work practicesInitiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as neededWrites reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as neededRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
