Provide exceptional customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the healthcare location, including emergency response activities when appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of staff, patients, and visitors.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.Collaborate with healthcare staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any interactions as required by site procedures.Minimum Requirements:
