Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors at the front desk, providing a welcoming presence for all individuals entering the location.Monitor access points and verify identification to help to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.Provide customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and directing individuals to the appropriate personnel or areas within the facility.Maintain detailed logs and records of daily activities, visitor check-ins, and any security-related incidents in alignment with Allied Universal's standards.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols as needed.Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related issues or concerns that arise at the front desk.Remain alert and observant to help to deter potential security-related risks within the lobby or entrance area.What We’re Looking For:
