As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service while supporting a welcoming and secure environment. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and logging visitor information, helping to deter unauthorized entry.Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, and contact the appropriate personnel when necessary.Assist with security-related communications and direct individuals as needed within the location.Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unwanted activities and provide assistance to those entering or exiting the location.Operate access control systems and/or visitor management systems as required by site-specific policies.Report any unusual activity, incidents, or concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives according to established protocols.What We’re Looking For:
