Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of the healthcare location.Monitor access control at entry points, verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing visitor badges as necessary.Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors to address inquiries and/or provide assistance.Document security-related incidents and complete required reports accurately and promptly.Support Allied Universal management with additional security-related duties as assigned at the healthcare location.Minimum Requirements:
