As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent chemical and petrochemical location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and assisting guests with a welcoming attitude. You will help to deter security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining clear communication. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.Monitor access to the location, verifying the credentials of individuals entering the premises and maintaining visitor logs as required.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, addressing inquiries and providing directions or information as appropriate.Assist with the implementation of site-specific procedures that help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.Operate security-related technology such as access control systems, surveillance cameras, and communication devices as directed by site protocols.Report any security-related incidents, hazards, or concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives according to established procedures.What We’re Looking For:
