As a Security Officer - Foot Patrol in Fayetteville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, respond to concerns, and provide clear customer service and communication to employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as directed.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting conditions that could impact security-related operations.Control access through designated entry points by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing traffic flow as needed.Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate notable observations to the appropriate contacts, and assist with investigations and/or follow-up actions as requested.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
