Bring teamwork, integrity, and a people-first mindset to an agile, reliable, and innovative team. **Position Type: Flex** **Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour** **Job Schedule:** **Day** **Time** Mon06:00 PM - 06:00 AM **Why Join Us:** + **Smart Tools:** Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more. + **Career Growth:** Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities. + **Financial Benefits:** Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future. + **Exclusive Perks:** Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program. **What You'll Do:** + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. + Control access at designated entry points by verifying identification, authorizations, and scheduled appointments in accordance with site requirements. + Issue and track visitor, contractor, and temporary badges, and maintain accurate sign-in and sign-out records. + Screen and direct deliveries, service providers, and outbound shipments per site procedures, including coordinating with receiving and shipping contacts as needed. + Conduct vehicle and truck entry processing, including checking credentials, documenting trailer and container information, and maintaining access logs. + Monitor alarm panels, access control systems, radios, phones, and/or CCTV systems, and communicate unusual activity to site contacts. + Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and documenting actions taken. + Complete detailed reports on access activity, incidents, and policy exceptions, and escalate concerns through the chain of command. + Support security-related screening measures as assigned, such as package checks and metal detector operations when in use at the location. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
