As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor entrances and key areas, conduct routine foot patrols, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related concerns. You will respond to alarms and incidents, document observations, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout banking areas, entrances, ATM areas if applicable, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including customer disturbances, unauthorized access concerns, and alarm activations.Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity; help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior through presence and professional communication.Perform routine checks of doors, gates, and other access controls during patrols; report maintenance and/or access concerns per site procedures.Observe and report potential security-related risks such as loitering, suspicious surveillance behavior, and/or policy violations, escalating concerns through the chain of command.Complete detailed written reports and activity logs, including patrol documentation, incident reports, and follow-up information as required by site policy.Coordinate with site contacts and/or responding law enforcement or emergency services when needed, providing clear information and supporting response activities.Use company-issued and/or site-issued communication equipment to maintain situational awareness and respond to calls for assistance.Follow cash-handling area protocols and confidentiality expectations, maintaining a professional presence near teller lines and other controlled areas as directed by post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card/license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
