As an Armed, driving Patrol Officer in a tech and media environment, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech and/or telecom location.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor sign-in, and/or delivery documentation in accordance with site requirements, escalating access issues through the designated chain of command.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations, requesting assistance when needed, and supporting local authorities and/or on-site teams as directed.Complete accurate reports of security-related activities such as patrol findings, incidents, and service requests, and communicate timely updates to supervision and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

An Armed Guard Card/License is required.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.A Law Enforcement Officer License is required.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
