As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing exceptional service. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to support a secure environment, and respond to incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents within the location, documenting details as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials, and directing visitors or employees as needed.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to clients and guests.Work collaboratively with site staff and local authorities when incidents arise, supporting resolution and communication as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.A guard card or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
