Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies within financial institution locations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site requirements.Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity, documenting and reporting findings as required.Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including guiding individuals to designated areas and coordinating with emergency personnel.Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.Communicate professionally and courteously with all individuals encountered while on duty, representing Allied Universal in a positive manner.Minimum Requirements:
Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control or badge experience is preferred.CPR or first aid experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
