What You’ll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas within the location to help to deter potential security-related concerns.Report and document any incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.Communicate with site personnel and visitors in a professional manner while upholding security-related protocols.Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.This position is primarily a driving post and is preferred for candidates with relevant experience.A Guard Card or license is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
