Security Officer - Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport

Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami Airport is looking to welcome a Security Officer to join their team!

 

The ideal candidate holds a minimum of 6 months experience working in a security setting. Must be flexible for any shift including overnights and will have previous experience with report writing. Hotel experience is preferred but not mandatory. D-Security License is required for this role

Shift Pattern: Open availability for all shifts including overnights and Weekend/holiday availability are required. 

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditionsRespond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or propertyPromote safe work practicesInitiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as neededWrites reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as neededRespond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
