Monitor and manage communications from various sources, including alarms, phones, and radios, to coordinate security-related activities within the location.Dispatch security personnel to respond to incidents, emergencies, or routine requests as needed, maintaining a calm and problem-solving approach.Document and log all incidents, calls, and relevant information accurately and promptly for record-keeping and follow-up.Collaborate with on-site personnel and management to provide customer service and support security-related procedures and site-specific policies.Assist with emergency response activities, following established protocols to help protect people and property within the tech, media, and telecom environment.Conduct regular status checks with field personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain awareness of site conditions.Communicate important information to appropriate parties, escalating issues when necessary to help address critical situations.Minimum Requirements:
