As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and communicate clearly with residents, guests, and site staff while providing strong customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a residential location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to on-site management and/or emergency services as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, common areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance and access issues.Monitor access points, observe for unauthorized entry, and assist with visitor directions and resident requests in accordance with site procedures.Complete required documentation such as daily activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.Customer service experience is preferred.Access control and badge experience is preferred.A guard card and/or license is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
