As a Security Officer - Community Patrol in Prince George, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and telecommunications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to alarms and requests, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders in a technology-focused location.Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.Monitor access points and visitor flow as assigned, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials when required, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support, contacting emergency services when needed, and notifying site leadership per protocol.Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations through written reports and/or digital logs, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and Allied Universal supervision.Minimum Requirements:
