As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a chemical or petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves controlling access points, verifying credentials, and providing outstanding customer service to all personnel and visitors. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Control access to the location by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering restricted areas.Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with access-related inquiries and following site-specific procedures.Monitor security-related systems such as cameras, alarms, and access control equipment to identify and report any unusual activity.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for chemical and petrochemical environments.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to observe for irregularities and help to deter potential security-related concerns.Document security-related incidents, access violations, and daily activities in detailed reports for management review.Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed during incidents or drills, maintaining clear communication at all times.What We’re Looking For:
