Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Perform armed post duties in accordance with licensing requirements and Allied Universal and/or site-specific use of force guidelines, maintaining proper firearm handling, storage, and reporting practices.Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or law enforcement as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, paying attention to access points, ATM areas, and restricted spaces.Complete routine logs and incident reports, monitor access control processes for employees, visitors, and vendors, and assist with controlled entry and/or authorized escorts when assigned.Minimum Requirements:
Have 3+ years combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.Be at least 21+ years of age.An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
