As a Patrol Armed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. This role involves conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an armed and driving position, requiring you to respond promptly to incidents and communicate clearly with all individuals on site. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the healthcare location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence.Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or breaches.Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address concerns and provide assistance as needed.Remain alert to unusual activity and/or conditions that may require intervention or escalation.What We’re Looking For:
