As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic aerospace and defense location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This post is primarily a driving position, requiring you to navigate the site and monitor various areas to support a secure atmosphere. You will also interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity within the location.Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as required during incidents or drills.Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related issues.What We’re Looking For:
