As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Memphis, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, offering assistance as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.Maintain awareness of the environment, observing for any unusual activity or conditions within the food and beverage location.Complete required reports and logs accurately to document incidents and daily activities.Follow emergency response protocols when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or local authorities as directed.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.Must be at least 21 years of age.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
