The Asset Protection Warehouse Officer is responsible for securing all of Llano’s assets while providing a safe work environment for our Team Members and Partners. He/She performs duties including: securing the facilities and grounds, monitor and review of cameras, safety checks and other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure that the facility and grounds are secured at all times, including the interior and exterior of the campus

● Promote and support corporate Asset Protection programs, projects and goals

● Coordinate, communicate, and confer with the Safety Department on safety opportunities and safety programs

● May be assigned to work in the lobby and/or the truck entrance

● Identify gaps or issues in Asset Protection at the Distribution Center and provide recommendations on solutions

● Communicate any issues to Asset Protection Warehouse Manager

● Performs other duties as requested or required by upper management

Key Requirements:

● Must be 18 years of age or older

● High School Diploma or equivalent

● Security/law enforcement experience preferred

● Excellent communication skills, oral and written

● Ability to work at fast-paced, but efficient and controlled manner

● Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task

● Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision

● Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

● Ability to perform all physical aspect of duties, including but not limited to bending, standing in place, lifting, walking and at times running

● Ability to accept supervisory coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude

● Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
