Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time and part-time Security Officers to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As Security team members, you will work under the Security Manager, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and team members, in accordance with the West Virginia Gaming Commission and applicable operational standards. What will you do?Enforce the rules and regulations of the local gaming commissionAdhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresReport any incidents, following all departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and report any procedural violations and illegal activityFill out departmental log forms, verifying all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of shiftsProcess guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and communicate with guests sensitively and with careOperate a company vehicle when necessaryMust pass drug screenMust possess a valid MVR
