Work you'll do The Security Manager will serve as a key member of the Korea S1 team, providing expert security management support for a GPS client within the area of responsibility. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive security strategies, managing personnel and physical security programs, and ensuring strict compliance with all security policies and procedures. The Security Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of security for Special Access Programs (SAP) and Special Technical Operations (STO) environments. This role requires a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance. Key Responsibilities + Develop, implement, and manage security strategies in accordance with DoD and other Korean directives. + Oversee all aspects of personnel and physical security programs, including access control, visitor management, and security education/training. + Create, maintain, and enforce security policies and procedures tailored to SAP/STO requirements. + Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses for facilities, personnel, and operations. + Coordinate security program requirements and activities with relevant agencies. + Manage security incident response, investigations, and reporting in compliance with applicable regulations. + Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, DoD, and command-level security standards, including NISPOM, ICDs, and SAP/STO policies. + Prepare and deliver security briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership. + Supervise and mentor junior security staff and contractors as required The team Our Industry Solutions clients seek verticalized solutions that transform how they sell products, deliver services, generate growth, and fulfill mission-critical operations. Required: + Ability to be on site 100% of the time in Korea + Active TS/SCI Clearance + Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 8+ years of security management experience + Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: + Certifications: DoD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or equivalent + Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DoD and Korea security policies, SAP/STO program requirements, and risk management frameworks. + Preferred experience supporting DOD, Korea, and INDOPACIFIC region The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,325 to $188,875. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
