Working directly with a Cluster Loss Prevention Manager, you'll collaborate with various operational and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional security services. Your influence will extend beyond a single location, as you may support multiple business units within your region, with local travel up to 50% of your time. Key job responsibilities Lead Security Operations and Partnership - Serve as the subject matter expert in security and loss prevention for all internal and external stakeholders - Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors - Drive security best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across operations - Provide incident response management, including workplace violence prevention and crisis management Investigation and Loss Prevention - Lead internal and external theft investigations, conducting interviews when necessary - Analyze data to identify loss patterns and implement strategic solutions - Develop and execute action plans to address security risks and reduce losses - Monitor and report key performance metrics to track program effectiveness Team Development and Training - Coach and train business partners to recognize and respond to security risks - Develop and deliver security awareness programs and clear escalation protocols Business Impact and Innovation - Create data-driven business cases for security improvements - Implement and manage security systems and processes - Drive continuous improvement in security operations and efficiency A day in the life Throughout a work day, you'll partner with various stakeholders - from operations managers to HR teams - ensuring security measures support smooth business operations. You'll spend time coaching team members, investigating potential security concerns, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement. Visiting other sites in your cluster to assess security protocols, lead training sessions for business partners and provide support for other team´s members. By combining expert teams, advanced analytics, and technology. WWOS goes beyond traditional security to ensure a safer, more secure environment. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Experience with physical security systems (such as Lenel, Honeywell, AMAG, Bosch, Milestone) or their associated hardware - Experience in Microsoft Office products and applications (esp. Excel) - Experience in compliance, audit or risk management - Experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, risk management, supply chain management, or other related security field - English advanced proficiency Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices - Knowledge of databases (querying and analyzing) such as SQL, MYSQL, and ETL Manager and working with large data sets - Experience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writing - Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired and Wicklander and Zulawski certification - Workplace Violence and/or Business Continuity experience - Customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience - Transportation and supply chain experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
