Seeking an experienced technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access control. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.  Key Responsibilities: + Install and service security systems, access control, and video surveillance equipment. + Route and terminate low-voltage cabling (Cat5, Cat6) through walls, ceilings, and conduits. + Mount and connect control panels, sensors, cameras, and related components. + Test and troubleshoot circuits, devices, and network configurations (IPv4). + Complete projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. + Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional customer interactions. Qualifications: + Proficient in alarm and access control installation and service. + Familiar with IP-based systems and basic networking. + Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams. + Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Experience with Honeywell systems is a plus. Physical Requirements: + Lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders (up to 8 ft). + Comfortable in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces). + Capable of standing, kneeling, and climbing for extended periods.
