Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations on location in a calm, problem-solving manner, working with Allied Universal leadership as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Monitor entry and exit points, observing for unusual activity and reporting any security-related concerns to Allied Universal management.Assist with crowd management and access control during events and/or high-traffic periods, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter disruptive behavior.Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client protocols.Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, staff, and Allied Universal team members, providing assistance as needed.Minimum Requirements:
At least two years of experience in a security-related role is required.Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
