As a Security Guard - Manufacturing Site Driver in Kansas City, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a manufacturing and industrial location. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while also providing outstanding customer service and communication to those on site. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing or industrial location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by client site.Monitor for unusual activity and report security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions or information related to the site and its procedures.Help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited activities on the premises through visibility and presence.Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
