As a Security Guard - Factory Patrol Driver in Lancaster, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with team members and visitors. Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location as well as its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.Observe and report on any security-related issues, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.Document and communicate incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal procedures.Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment.Minimum Requirements:
