As a Security Guard – Hospital Patrol Driver in Greensburg, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and patients while maintaining awareness of surroundings and reporting any security-related concerns.Document incidents and observations thoroughly, following Allied Universal protocols and reporting procedures.Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying identification as required.Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and assisting first responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
