About the Role:
We are seeking a Security Governance Analyst to join our Global Security Governance team and enhance our organization’s security posture. In this role, you will support initiatives that raise awareness of security and fraud risks, assist in administering internal reporting tools, and collaborate with regional security teams to adapt awareness initiatives. Your contributions will be crucial in fostering a culture of security across the organization. You will report directly to the Global Manager of Security Governance.

 

Responsibilities:

Serve as a key administrator for internal reporting tools (EthicsPoint, AuditBoard, Kingsbridge), ensuring effective data capture and analysis for security governance.    Assist in establishing and documenting ownership assignments for various reporting tasks, creating guidelines to delineate responsibilities.   Generate and distribute regular reports on security-related assignments, highlighting outstanding tasks for management and stakeholders.   Provide ongoing support and training to users of the repository on document retrieval processes and navigation. Collaborate with regional market security teams to gather insights on local fraud trends and security challenges, adapting awareness materials accordingly.   Collect and analyze feedback from awareness initiatives to assess engagement levels and program effectiveness, recommending improvements based on data. Act as a supportive resource for other team members within the security department, assisting on various tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.   Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to shape the organizational security posture and enhance effectiveness.   Seek opportunities for professional development while staying current with industry trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of Foundever’s security governance practices.   Collaborate on the planning and execution of tabletop exercises to validate the organization’s business continuity plans and response strategies.

 

Qualifications: 

 Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience.   Working knowledge of common security frameworks such as ISO 27000 series, NIST SP 800 series, etc.    Understanding of physical security control systems.   Proficiency in report writing and briefing capabilities.   Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.    Effective use of Microsoft Office products, including Visio, for communication delivery.   Proficiency in document management systems and software tools. Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working in a complex security environment with multiple local and international requirements.   Contribution to other areas of security as client requirements evolve. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. We are looking for a colleague who can work remotely from one of the following locations: Philippines, Morocco, or India.

Languages:

 Excellent conversational and written knowledge in English (C1 level minimum).   Spanish language skills are a bonus.
