Job Skills / Requirements Pay: $19.00 Schedule: Friday: 11PM - 7 AM Saturday: 11PM - 7 AM Sunday: 11PM - 7 AM Monday: 11PM - 7 AM United Protective Services is hiring an Overnight Field Training Supervisor to oversee and support operations across Dallas and Frisco. This role is performed in a company vehicle and requires a strong leader who can balance field supervision, training, and hands-on support for our security officers. As a Field Training Supervisor, you will: + Conduct vehicle, post, and officer inspections at various client accounts + Assist in training Security Officers when on-site supervisors are not present + Respond to emergencies at client accounts and maintain clear communication with management + Assist the patrol division when additional coverage is required + Cover security posts temporarily during call-offs or until assigned officers arrive + Provide uniforms, name badges, and gear to Security Officers as needed + Identify and document equipment deficiencies to ensure quick resolution.
