Job Description
Join our team as a Security Escort, providing essential oversight in a government construction environment. This role involves ensuring that subcontractors and team members remain within designated areas, maintaining a line of sight as they work. You will walk contractors to their work areas and ensure compliance with security protocols, contributing to a safe and secure worksite.
ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight of subcontractors and team members to ensure they do not leave designated areas without an escort.Maintain a line of sight on all personnel active on the job site.Escort contractors to their designated work areas.Ensure compliance with all security protocols at all times.Essential SkillsActive security clearance.Experience and comfort working with construction personnel.Punctuality and reliability in fulfilling duties.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust own a pair of steel-toed boots.Ability to provide administrative support as needed.Work Environment
This position is based at the Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. You will be working in a secure area where possession of cell phones, smartwatches, or any devices with a WiFi signal is prohibited. The role offers long-term opportunities for consultants in the Jacksonville, FL area, with a strong emphasis on security and oversight.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
