Job responsibilities
Executes security solutions design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to apply knowledge of existing security solutions to satisfy security requirements for internal clients (e.g., product, platform, application owners)Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsLead the design, development, and deployment of new features and enhancements, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and deliver features that meet business and user needs.Monitor and maintain production systems, responding to incidents and troubleshooting issues as needed.Communicate technical concepts and project status clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least 4 years experience of software development Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or GoExperience developing security engineering solutionsStrong understanding of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailSolid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and securityPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsKnowledge of microservices architecture and related security considerations.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like TerraformSolid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their security features.
