Join our team as a Security and Emergency Services (SES) Officer, responsible for implementing the SES Program under the Supervisor's direction. In this role, you will perform regular property patrols, provide relief staffing at the gatehouse, and respond to non-emergency service calls.

How you will make an impact

Participate in routine interior and exterior patrols of the buildings and groundsConduct safety checks and inspections in support of Life Safety and OSHA complianceReceive calls for non-emergency service from dispatch and security by radio or telephone and responds timely and appropriatelyRespond and assists in Community Emergencies, including but not limited to; fires, floods, severe weather, hazardous materials incidents, bomb threats, and evacuationsCreate the best initial impression of the communityScreen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community Document all visitors and vendors/contractors and provides proper parking passes, maps, and instructs visitors to park in appropriate spaces

What you will need

Must be at least 18 years oldCurrent and valid driver’s licensePrior experience in security preferredAbility to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each otherAbility to document daily activities in a clear and concise manner
