Key Responsibilities:
Production support duties for the IAM team, including troubleshooting connector issues, monitoring data, and debugging approval requests.Work with IAM products (OIM, IIQ, PING).Administer IAM systems and resolve issues. Ability to follow the SOP and work under guidance.Experience with SQL queries and UNIX systems. Investigate security/user incidents and resolve access-related issues.What you haveRequired Qualifications:
Supports incident resolution through structured processes and service restorationSupports security management for projects, ensuring system confidentiality, integrity, and availabilityAssists risk-based audit activities to ensure compliance and process effectivenessAssists in deploying and monitoring security controls while maintaining recordsExperience with SQL queries and UNIX systems.Bachelor Degree in computer Science or related field, with 2+ years of Cybersecurity Experience.Preferred Qualifications:
