The **Security Analyst** is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and monitoring strategies and procedures focused on the comprehensive protection of the supply chain, ensuring the security and integrity of goods during storage, transportation, and distribution. This role aims to guarantee high levels of regulatory compliance and efficient operations, working closely with internal teams and external providers. The analyst actively contributes to continuous improvement and the implementation of best practices to mitigate risks, ensure operational continuity, and protect the company’s reputation.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and ensure effective communication between internal and external operational teams through electronic means, promoting clarity and the smooth flow of information relevant to security.
+ Generate, analyze, and present periodic reports on critical events, security incidents, and operational performance, ensuring the timely delivery of information to all relevant stakeholders.
+ Follow up on incidents, deviations, and non-compliance with security protocols, especially by logistics and transportation providers, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions.
+ Coordinate, monitor, and support the training and ongoing education of logistics providers in security regulations, protocols, and best practices.
+ Participate in the onboarding process of new logistics providers by reviewing and validating security standards and protocols, as well as taking part in interviews and evaluations.
+ Document anomalies, record and follow up on incidents and regulatory cases that require documentation corrections, ensuring the updating of records and compliance with internal and external requirements.
+ Keep institutional databases up to date on technology platforms with logistics and security information, making data traceable and easily accessible.
+ Participate in monthly meetings and follow-up forums, contributing to incident analysis and the development and implementation of corrective and preventive action plans.
+ Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities to optimize operational and security processes, collaborating in the design and implementation of innovative solutions that strengthen efficiency and prevention in the logistics chain.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree.
+ 1 year in Patrimonial Security office management or equivalent.
+ Security control experience.
+ Basic - intermediate English.
+ Experience using Excel.
+ Desirable experience in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides; DataStudio).
