Responsibilities for Security Administrator Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Greeting any visitors and vetting reason for visit Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies Qualifications for Security AdministratorMust be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid security license
First aid certification (WSIB Approved)
Previous experience working in Security Administrator capacity
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Strong focus and attention to detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and security monitoring systems
Ability to work discreetly and respectfully with executive-level personnel
