Join a leading energy company as a Security Administration Officer, where you'll play a vital role in supporting security operations in a dynamic and challenging environment in Papua New Guinea.

Role Overview

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Security Department, including data entry, report tracking, and paperwork management. Oversee Security Management Folders within the Company's SharePoint platform. Administer the Persons-On-Board (POB) System, including data collection and daily monitoring. Manage Mission Orders (MO) for the company and it's affiliates, ensuring proper collation and tracking. Conduct monthly reviews and inspections of security assets. Attend meetings, record minutes, and manage sensitive information. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for Security Department staff. Monitor the Manager’s calendar and schedule appointments. Support the administration of security operations and manage access control systems.

Skills & Qualifications

Data Entry: Proficient in accurate data entry and report management. Administration: Strong organizational skills in managing administrative tasks. Document Control Systems: Experience with SharePoint and document management. Conference/Meeting Arrangements: Skilled in organizing meetings and preparing materials. Security Knowledge: Understanding of security operations and protocols. Microsoft Office: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education & Experience

Tertiary qualification in Administration and Management. Experience: Minimum 5 years in administration within resource or industrial sectors.

Pay & Benefits

Full-time position with a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
