Job Title: Securities Administration Services Analyst Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Securities Administration Services Analyst to manage and analyze large loan portfolios, ensuring accurate bond and loan calculations from extensive legal documents. The role involves uploading data into an Access-like database and managing transactions, balancing daily cash, and reporting on monthly and quarterly cash positions for loan holders and investors. This position is a headcount addition aimed at business growth. Responsibilities + Extract bond and loan calculations from large legal documents. + Upload data into an Access-like database. + Manage large loan portfolios, some exceeding $1 billion. + Facilitate the buying and selling of loan portions to numerous investors. + Balance and reconcile daily cash transactions. + Report on monthly and quarterly cash positions for loan holders and investors. + Ensure data accuracy by pulling client information from documents. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of experience in financial service, accounting, or analytical analysis, or a BS/BA degree in Math, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. + Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, sort, formulas, and functions. + Strong analytical skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in an analytical role or at a bank is beneficial. + BA or BS in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or Statistics. + Candidates who have engaged in extracurricular activities or internships are preferred. + Technical aptitude and a readiness to learn are essential. Work Environment The position is hybrid. The office is located in St. Paul, MN.
