About the role:

Sector specialist F&B position will lead the delivery of the KBS Solution catalog focused on the area knowledge services and achieving the appropriate financial and non-financial goals. Will provide technological support to the F&B sales department and work with industry specialists in the area (EAST). Frequent field work in food production areas. 

Responsibilities:

Main responsibilities of a sector specialist in a defined sales area is implementation and execution of the KBS set of solutions for F&B customers.

Leads timely generation of high-quality knowledge capital and case studies. 

Provides or coordinates support to large customers (Global or Key Regional) in coordination with Global Account team, Regional Sales teams, Regional KBS team.

Collect Voice of the Customers and feedback the KBS team accordingly.

Provides input for Product and Engineering innovation. 

Support the culture of innovation within F&B and lead identification and pursuit of opportunities Food and Beverage markets.

Identify and address training needs and ensure F&B KBS personnel are consistently well trained. 

This is a highly visible position with overall responsibility for the delivery of F&B knowledge services programs in this area.

Requirements:

Knowledge of food technology, preferably in the dairy or beverage industry.

Valid driving license (category B).

Good English language skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 50% of working time) and work on-site at food and beverage production facilities.

Ability to operate measurement devices, collect data, and prepare reports.

Ability to prepare summaries of project analyses and present them to clients as required.
